• Devices and internet

  Windows and Mac computers, with help for printers and the equipment connected to them. I also investigate slow connections and patchy Wi-Fi.

• Business accounts

  I administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, from staff accounts and groups to email rules. I also review permissions and sharing settings.

• Software and policies

  I roll out applications and set up device policies, including updates through Intune or another management tool. New starters get a consistent setup.

• Physical and cloud infrastructure

  I set up and manage physical servers, Active Directory and file servers, and cloud infrastructure. It might be a new environment or a planned improvement to what’s already there.

• Software reviews

  I review how your apps fit together and where subscriptions overlap, then recommend ways to get more from the tools you already pay for.

• SharePoint and shared files

  I organise SharePoint sites or shared folders around how your team works, with clear permissions. Plans also cover access when people join or leave.

• Simpler ways to work

  If you do the same task by hand every week, I’ll look at whether linking your existing tools, or a small automation, could do it for you.

• Documentation

  Plain notes on how the setup works, so the business isn’t relying on one person remembering everything.

I build websites and online stores around what your business needs. I can also manage changes to an existing site or plan a move to a different host or platform.

I review how your business accounts and devices are protected, and how you’d recover important files. I can also put the agreed improvements in place.

• Security posture reviews

  I review the settings and controls you rely on, then explain the gaps and which improvements are worth tackling first.

• Backup and retention

  I set up backups for business data, including SharePoint where needed. Retention settings are agreed with you, and restore tests check the recovery process.

• Identity and access

  I set up sign-in protection and access policies in Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace. I also review permissions when staff join or leave.

• Email security

  Email authentication to help reduce messages pretending to come from your domain. I can also review phishing protection.

• Networks and remote access

  Business Wi-Fi and firewall setup, using tools such as FortiGate. Remote access through Tailscale or a VPN.

• Password management

  A password manager for your business, such as Keeper, with staff access set up around who needs what.
