How you can work with me.

A bit of help when something stops working, or a planned change for the business. You deal with me throughout, and the first chat is free.

One-off help

For: A problem getting in the way of work, like unreliable shop Wi-Fi or a staff account that needs sorting out.
Price: $100 an hour, billed in one-hour blocks. Small jobs don’t get a quote, and I’ll check in before going past the first hour.
You get: A short note on what I did and anything to keep an eye on.
Starts with: A message. The first chat is free.

Ask about one-off help

Projects

For: Planned changes for your business, such as moving email or setting up new equipment. A new website can be a project too.
Price: A fixed quote based on the hours and what’s needed.
You get: I check the finished work with you. You get notes on what changed, with any next steps explained.
Starts with: A free chat and a written quote. Nothing starts until you say yes.

For: Monthly support for your business from someone who knows how it runs.
Price: Coming soon.
You get: Regular checks and updates, and someone to ask when something comes up. It won’t be a 24/7 helpdesk.
Starts with: Register your interest and I’ll let you know when it starts.
