Microsoft 365, kept in order.

I set up and manage Microsoft 365 for small businesses. That covers the tenant behind your email, Teams and files, and the rules around who can sign in and what they can share.

A wooden toolbox holding a hammer, pliers and a tape measure, with a screwdriver beside it.

A tenant you can trust.

You might be moving to Microsoft 365, or taking over a tenant with old accounts, unused licences and admin access nobody can account for. I can review what’s there and handle agreed changes.

You deal with me directly, so you don’t have to explain your setup to someone new each time. I explain each change in plain English and leave notes on how your tenant is set up.

Entra ID Exchange Online SharePoint Teams

Here’s what I can help with.

  • Email & your domain

Exchange Online mailboxes, shared mailboxes and the domain records behind them. I can also plan a move from another provider.

  • Users & licences

Staff accounts and groups in Entra ID, with licences matched to what each person uses. Leavers’ access is removed when they finish.

  • SharePoint & OneDrive

Team sites and file libraries organised around how you work, with permissions and external sharing reviewed.

  • Sign-in security

Multi-factor authentication, admin roles and sign-in policies set to suit your team. Security changes are scoped to your setup.

  • Devices & software

Software and settings rolled out to staff devices with the right policies in place, so new starters are ready to work.

  • Backups & recovery

Microsoft 365 keeps deleted items for a limited time, which isn’t the same as a backup. I review coverage, and any separate backup service is agreed before setup.

Start with what’s there.

Most tenants grow a little at a time. I start with a review, then we agree what to change.

  1. Review the tenant

I check users, licences, admin roles and security settings. That gives the planned work a clear starting point.

  2. Plan the change

We agree what I’ll do and when, and you’ll know the cost first. I test the changes before handing them over.

  3. Know your setup

You get notes on the changes and admin settings, so whoever looks after it next isn’t starting from scratch.

You stay in control. Your tenant, domain and admin accounts stay in your name. Before we start, I’ll explain what the Microsoft licences will cost you.
